CORE® – The Road to Remission: An Update in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Spondyloarthritis

Designed to educate rheumatology professionals including rheumatologists and rheumatology residents and fellows, along with the multidisciplinary team of NPs, PAs, and nurses.

To be eligible for documentation of credit for this live activity, participants must attend the live session and complete the hard-copy or online evaluation form within 2 weeks of the event. Participants who submit a hard-copy evaluation will receive documentation of credit via email within 8 weeks. Individuals who participate in the workshop and submit the evaluation form online at NACCME.com will immediately receive documentation of credit.

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss the latest revisions to ACR guideline recommendations and their implementation of early, aggressive, and accessible treatment for achievement of individualized RA remission goals
  • Incorporate clinical data of newer and emerging therapies to informed step-up and therapeutic sequencing decisions, including the efficacy and safety of agents targeting TNF, Jak, and IL-6
  • Improve time-to-remission for SpAs, utilizing proposed activity scores to guide clinical decision making
  • Translate evidence on newer and emerging therapeutic approaches into early and aggressive SpA management
  • Utilize patient engagement tools to improve patient compliance and outcomes


The primary target audience will again be rheumatologists and rheumatology residents and fellows, along with the multidisciplinary team of NPs, PAs, and nurses.
