After completing this activity, participants should be able to:


  • Discuss the importance of timely diagnosis and treatment of onychomycosis
  • Recognize and manage comorbid conditions, such as tinea pedis, that impact onychomycosis treatment success
  • Identify and overcome challenges to the use of available systemic onychomycosis therapies
  • Evaluate the safety, efficacy, and clinical role of available topical onychomycosis therapy
  • Apply evolving treatment strategies and evidence to comprehensive management of onychomycosis



This activity is designed for podiatrists, dermatologists, and related healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with onychomycosis.
